MAKING NUTRITIONAL PROTEIN BARS/BITES

Taking a bite of the protein bar is in fact feeding the body a whole raw food meal. The next bite does the same. Small amounts of well-rounded living nutrients are all it takes to make the body happy.

First I make the Manna. The Manna is the fresh ground flour mixture that offers the bioavailability of the nutritional values of the Protein Bites. Omega 3 & 6, Protein, Fiber, Vitamin/Mineral A - Zinc, from blending fresh ground gluten-free grains with the liquified combined foods sources and green cubes blending all nutritional values of each food source; that is then dehydrated and ground into flour.

Making the bites, I liquify the same fruit/veggie/green cubes using as a tasty liquid, adding the Manna flour and mixing together making a thickish mixture including fresh ground flax seeds: adding dried fruits and nuts If I need more liquid I use my Immuno-Power Herbal Blend infusion which adds to the overall nutrient-rich values. Dehydration preserves flavors and nutrients. The shelf life is extremely long.

MAKING NUTRIENT RICH FRUIT CUBE

At the beginning being consistent is key to fast track to an overall healthy body. The thing is, our body needs everything, and yes, there is a way to do it.
Anyone who has a blender can make this juice and have it on hand daily. 4 cubes and ½ cup of liquid makes 16 oz drink. The type of liquid does not matter. I use my herbal blend infusion or juice and sometimes just water and a splash of nondairy French Vanilla creamer. The cube is a powerful well-rounded, nutrient dense food that will feed the body and the body will do the rest.
When dealing with illness's and ailments try to focus on the fact your body is being fed properly and you will be amazed how quickly and how simple Health happens.
At your market gather: 1 lg bag frozen mixed fruit, 1 bag frozen mixed berries, l bag frozen blueberries, 1 fresh pineapple, 2 apples, 1 bag dark seedless grapes (wash, remove stems and freeze let thaw before making juice cubes), 1 small bag carrots, 1 tomato, 1 each of zucchini and yellow squash, 1-2 cups fresh spinach, kale, mixed greens. A small amount of food releasing overwhelming nutrition. 10 ice cube trays is good. The extra green liquid or juice liquid I freeze in ziploc bags for future cube making.

The Green Power Cubes You need to make these cubes first. Blend all the greens and other veggies with water making it somewhat thick but able to pour into ice cube trays. YOU ARE NOT GOING TO DRINK THESE. They are added values to your juice cubes. When you liquify the fruits you will be adding 13 of the Power Cubes to the fruit cube mixture and then pour into ice cube trays. I keep all my extras in ziploc bags. Green Power cube recipe makes plenty, to last through many juice cube recipes.
Put 13 green Power Cubes into a large bowl to thaw, start liquifying fruits (I use water/herbal infusion and my favorite juice for an added liquid to breakdown fruits) add to the bowl and stir to blend well; add juice mixture to cube trays.
